How can I replace my lost or stolen tickets?
Please contact the box office at tickets@emersontheatres.org or 617-824-8400 to have tickets reprinted. We may need to hold reprinted tickets at the box office so you can provide a positive form of identification when picking up.

Does my child need a ticket?
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre, including babes in arms.

What is the late seating policy?
Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of management based on the production company's specific policy. We encourage all patrons to arrive at least thirty minutes prior to curtain to ensure there is ample time for traffic, parking and seating breaks.

Can I receive a refund or exchange for my tickets?
While there are no refunds allowed on ticket purchases, you may exchange your tickets in advance of your performance time, subject to availability. In all situations, if you have a problem or a conflict with your tickets, please contact the box office by calling 617-824-8400 or emailing tickets@emersontheatres.org. We will be happy to discuss all options that are available to you.

What is your show cancellation and inclement weather policy?
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a show, we will contact affected patrons via the e-mail address on their account (or phone number if no e-mail is available) to discuss what exchange or refund options are available for that particular performance. Cancellations are at the discretion of the production company of each particular show. Generally shows are NOT canceled due to snow or other inclement weather but are more likely to be canceled in the event that the MBTA shuts down. If you are unable to attend a show because of weather conditions, please e-mail tickets@emersontheatres.org or call 617-824-8400 in advance of the performance to discuss what options may be available for exchanging your tickets.
